Lollipop Markets is exciting and a one of a kind market for Adelaide. We showcase unique, boutique and handmade items or of limited supply for expecting parents, babies & children. Our markets are held regularly in Adelaide and our stall holders come from all over Australia. Each stall holder is handpicked by the Lollipop Markets team of work at home Mums.

SHARED STALLS ARE NOT PERMITTED – ONE APPLICATION PER BUSINESS ONLY – THIS IS IN FAIRNESS TO ALL THAT APPLY

Please note:

Cupcake stalls need not apply – this position is currently filled by a market sponsor. However if you are a food vendors who sells only sweet foods (macarons, tarts, chocolates etc) you are welcome to apply.

 SAJC supply all other catering – no food vans are required. 

We also do not accept ANY  party plan or product consultants (eg Avon, Nutrimetics, Tupperware, Envy Jewellery, Wrap It, Arbonne, Kasazz, Fifth Avenue, Isagenix, Kyani, Herbalife, Jamberry, Thermomix, YIAH etc)

Products that Lollipop Markets love

Lollipop Markets looks for stall holders who handmake or have made in limited supply items which are lovingly handmade in Australia by designers who:

  • make products for pregnancy, babies, children, Mums and Dads
  • create gorgeously unique and personalised items, where orders can be taken at the markets and posted to customer when made
  • make items, which have sensory appeal, to sight, touch, taste and smell
  • make items which are a little bit quirky, unique, boutique, chic, retro, just a bit different to what you can purchase in the mainstream shops
  • make items which are displayed beautifully and capture the imaginations of the purchaser
  • make items which are merchandised well and are supported by an online presence if possible (website, online store or Facebook page) so that our customers can build raport with you before they shop at Lollipop Markets

We prefer items that are handmade, or made in limited supply, and unique and boutique in design and these businesses will always be given priority in our selection process. However ALL applicants will be considered.

LICENSED AND IMITATION PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SALE AT THE MARKET.

THERE ARE NO SHARING OF STALLS PERMITTED OR ADDING PRODUCTS FROM OTHER BUSINESSES ON YOUR STALL. EACH BUSINESS IS TO APPLY SEPARATELY IN FAIRNESS TO ALL STALLHOLDERS WHO APPLY.

You will receive the following as a stall holder

  • a market on a Sunday from 10 – 3 (we have found that Sunday tends to be a family day, not as much school sports and a bit more relaxing to head out to do some retail therapy.)
  • Lollipop Markets open for 5 hours during the day, to maximize the number of guests passing through our doors
  • EFTPOS facilities are supplied for customer to purchase from your stall
    (small merchant fees apply)
  • Public liability insurance

Your stall

  • a trestle table measuring 1.8m x 75cm – no table cloths are supplied, you will need to bring your own
  • approximately one metre to one side of your trestle table to display your goods
  • a chair
  • as we like to keep the look of the market in keeping with our boutique market feel, we will not be providing dividers that you would see at an expo
  • floorplans and your stall location will be provided to you closer to the market date along with a comprehensive market checklist for you to plan your day

Marketing and PR for Lollipop Markets

  • listing your business on our website
  • profile of your business with pictures on our Facebook page
  • our eNewsletter sent to all our customers
  • exposure to retail stockists at our market when they visit
  • advertising in local media
  • advertising in SA Kids & Adelaide’s Child Magazine, The Advertiser & Sunday Mail, listing on The Market Buzz and RAdelaide Rover websites
  • mailouts to schools, kindys, childcare facilities and other relevant avenues such as maternity shops
  • distribution of flyers

Cost to be a stall holder at Lollipop Markets

Lollipop Markets prides itself on bringing only quality items, in a beautiful location, with a gorgeous bunch of event organisers to the public for a very special shopping experience. We are a boutique market and this is reflected in our stall booking fee.

The cost of booking a stall with us at Lollipop Market is $210 and includes Public Liability Insurance. If you have your own Insurance your stall will be $195.

Please note that Lollipop Markets Pty. Ltd. fees are subject to change without notice. This may be due to price increases in any or all of the following:  CPI, venue hire, insurance, equipment hire and/or advertising costs.

Conditions

As we are a business too and are putting many hours in to Lollipop Markets, it is important to consider your application with us. Our policies are:

  • Security of products is the responsibility of the stall holders
  • refund 50% of the booking fee if you cancel with us more than 4 weeks out from the market
  • Non-refundable booking fee if you cancel within 4 weeks out from the market
  • Please be aware that any charges that are passed on from Lollipop Markets venue for damage to the venue due to stall holders negligence all  associated costs will be payable by the stall holder at fault
  • If your business trades or displays food or drink items of any form please be aware that should you successfully gain a retail space with Lollipop Markets you will be required to complete a Food Event Notification Form from the City of Marion: http://bit.ly/WZWKnU  You are not required to complete the form until you have successfully gained a retail space with us.
  • We understand that you may release new products after you have sent in your application to have a stall with Lollipop Markets and detailed the products you will be selling, so please keep us updated with your new products and we will consider allowing you to include them in the market. We all love new products don’t we!
  • In the unforeseen circumstances that Lollipop Markets is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, Lollipop Markets will retain a booking and advertising fee and you will receive a 40% refund of your booking fee
