Lollipop Markets are thrilled to bring back the Beachfront Twilight Markets at Seacliff, in conjunction with the City of Holdfast Bay. This event will be a wonderful, unique shopping experience on the beachfront aimed at families on a beautiful, balmy twilight evening. We are seeking stallholders who sell high end and/or unique, artisan and boutique products, which are appealing to families, men and women of all ages – think jewellery, plants, artworks, designs, unique creations. If you would like to apply to retail for this event, please read all the information about being a stallholder below, before completing the application form on this page – thank you.

Kaye and Nicole have been successfully running the largest babies and kids handmade market in SA for the past 6 years now and are branching out with this huge twilight market for Adelaide. The dates have been set for Friday December 8th 2017 (APPLICATIONS CLOSED), Friday January 12th 2018 (APPLICATIONS OPEN) and Friday February 9th 2018 (APPLICATIONS OPEN)  at the stunning Angus Neill Reserve, Seacliff. There was an amazing turnout the last three years and we are looking forward to doing it all again in the summer months! We have a reputation for quality, professionalism and discerning taste when it comes to our market. Our stallholders will be hand picked to ensure the right mix of shopping.

SHARED STALLS ARE NOT PERMITTED – ONE APPLICATION PER BUSINESS ONLY – THIS IS IN FAIRNESS TO ALL THAT APPLY

You will receive the following as a stall holder

  • a market on a Friday night from 5.30-8.30pm
  • marketing of the event by Lollipop Markets and The City of Holdfast Bay of your stall and products to ensure a large attendance
  • Public liability insurance
  • a 3m x 3m gazebo professionally set up with appropriate weights to display your products. Tables can be hired for an extra cost

Your stall

  • you WILL need to supply your own tables, tablecloths and chairs or tables can be hired for an additional fee
  • floorplans and your stall location will be provided to you closer to the market date along with a comprehensive market checklist for you to plan your day

Due to many inconsistencies with safety and stalls not using appropriate weights and gazebos, the council have requested that all gazebos will now be professionally set up for you and this is reflected in the market site hire fee. David Randall’s set up from Adelaide Market and Function Hire is included in the fee – this includes complete setup and pack down of the gazebo so you just have to bring your goodies to sell!

Cost to be a stall holder at the Beachfront Twilight Markets

Lollipop Markets prides itself on bringing only quality items, in a beautiful location to the public for a very special shopping experience. We are a boutique market and will have continuity with any event we promote.

The cost of booking a stall is $165 (+GST) which INCLUDES all insurance, professional gazebo set up and pack down.

***NOTE***  ALL STALLS WILL NOW BE COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE. THE EXCEPTION TO THIS IS FOOD PRODUCTS, BEAUTY PRODUCTS (CREAMS, SPRAYS ETC) AND SOAPS. THESE WILL REQUIRE THEIR OWN PUBLIC AND PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THESE CATEGORIES THEN PLEASE CORRECTLY TICK THE INSURANCE BOX ON THE APPLICATION FORM BELOW.

Conditions

As we are a business too and are putting many hours into this event it is important to consider your application with us. Our policies are strictly adhered to. By agreeing to attend our event you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions:

  • Security of products is the responsibility of the stall holders
  • Non-refundable booking fee if you cancel from the market AT ANY TIME
  • Please be aware that any charges that are passed on from Lollipop Markets venue for damage to the venue due to stall holders negligence all  associated costs will be payable by the stall holder at fault
  • We understand that you may release new products after you have sent in your application to have a stall with Lollipop Markets and detailed the products you will be selling, so please keep us updated with your new products and we will consider allowing you to include them in the market. We all love new products don’t we!
  • In the unforeseen circumstances that the Beachfront Twilight Market events is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, including weather (this may be due to heavy rains, flooding, strong winds and storms) Lollipop Markets will retain a booking and advertising fee and you will receive a 30% refund of your booking fee
